What is your billing policy?

We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping as calculated and shown in your cart. No other charges will be applied. We process payments through PayPal's SSL secured offsite transaction processing engine. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with Caregiving 101 is safe! Through PayPal we accept PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you *do not* need to register an account if you don't have one. You can pay one time by credit card by choosing the "Don't have a PayPal account option".

Where do products ship from?

Depending on your order we will ship from one of our facilities in North America

What is the average wait time?

Domestic Orders

We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 10 to 12 days. Your will receive notification and tracking information when their order has shipped

International Orders

We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 15-20 Days and this service is available throughout the world. Your customer will also receive notification and tracking information when their order has shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If Customer has received a bad print or defective product

We will send you a new replacement after we have received the defective item

Replacement Procedure:

Please email info@diohgi.com for an RMA number and the address to which your product should be returned. Please return the item in its original packaging.  Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we will send you a repalcement if we see that the damage was caused by our team and missed during quality control checks.

What we need to make a replacement order:

  1. Please provide the customer name and email.
  2. Please provide the order number
  3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

If Customer wants to return because they just dont wan't the product

We can take back product back that does not fit or you simply want to return with a 

  • $10 restocking fee for tshirts, aprons and phone cases
  • $15 restocking fee for hoodies
  • $5 restocking fee water mugs and drinkware
  • $10 restocking fee for phone cases.
  • $20 restocking fee for home goods 
  • Customer is responsible for shipping unwanted product back to us after receiving an RMA number
